Learners enter spaces with transferable knowledge from their lived experiences. Pinnacle’s work focuses on cultivating environments that empower students to apply what they know in new ways through intentional design that centers learner agency and enables culturally responsive pedagogies.

  • Pinnacle designs standards-aligned curriculum that integrates multiple entry points for learners, supports diverse ways of demonstrating mastery, and reflects the knowledge and experiences of communities.

  • Pinnacle supports colleges and universities in designing and refining courses that are engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning outcomes. This includes online, hybrid, and in-person learning environments.

  • Pinnacle designs learning programs shaped by the communities they serve, from youth participatory action research to interdisciplinary, hands-on learning experiences that connect academic content to the real world.

  • Pinnacle designs measurement strategies that help education partners understand how students engage with learning, where barriers exist, and how programs can be improved.

    This includes identifying what should be measured, developing tools to track learning, and ensuring that evaluation captures the full range of ways students demonstrate growth and understanding.
