What Pinnacle Does
Pinnacle Learning Solutions partners with mission-driven initiatives across government, nonprofit, education, and corporate sectors to design learning programs rooted in community knowledge and aligned with organizational goals. These programs are designed to produce change, from expanding workforce mobility and strengthening community engagement to improving how organizations share knowledge and build internal capacity.
Because evaluation is built into our design process from the beginning, measurement becomes a way to understand how different learners engage with material, where programs are creating opportunity, and whether learning is working for diverse participants. Using an equity-centered lens allows evaluation to surface bias, reveal patterns that reproduce inequities, and capture the many ways learning and growth can show up.
By bringing together learning science, community-informed design, and thoughtful data strategy, Pinnacle helps organizations use learning as a tool to move their missions forward.
About the Founder
I’m Eliza Eckstein, founder of Pinnacle Learning Solutions. I started my career as a classroom teacher, where I saw how the design of learning shapes who defines knowledge, and therefore determines who gets access to power and labeled as an expert.
This line of inquiry led to my graduate study in the sociology of education, where I examined how knowledge is defined and shared in communities. Along with my time in the classroom, my studies shaped my philosophy that learning starts with the ways of knowing that are cultivated through lived experiences.
Through Pinnacle, I partner with mission-driven initiatives that are often working to expand access to education, opportunity, or participation in civic and economic life. I believe learning should be designed to offer multiple entry points for people to engage with ideas and experience success.
At Pinnacle, this philosophy take shape through learning strategies rooted in community knowledge, informed by learning science, and developed alongside initiatives that recognize the integral role of learning in transforming systems.
