About the Founder

I’m Eliza Eckstein, and I founded Pinnacle Learning Solutions to bridge the gap between good training and measurable impact. My career began in the classroom as a teacher, where I learned the importance of meeting learners where they are. That experience shaped my approach to instructional design: learners need both support and challenge to grow, and the design of learning should reflect that.

Over the past decade, I’ve taken that same principle, meeting learners where they’re at, and learned how to scale it for organizations. What sets my work apart is the way I blend instructional design with data analytics. I believe learning should be both creative and evidence-driven — engaging for participants, but also accountable to the organizations that invest in it.
